ABDUL, Office Manager


Abdul has been in the dental field since 1998. He graduated in 2005 with a B.D.S Degree from Baghdad, Iraq.  In 2009 he received his National Board Certification in Dental Assisting and in Expanded Functions.


He has been at Crossroads Dentistry since 2008, and has been our Office Manager since 2013. Abdul enjoys every aspect of dentistry and with is knowledge and training is very experienced in the field.


Abdul is also fluent in Arabic. On his free time you can find him either working on car’s or busy with his family, he is the father of three boys.


LULU, Front and Back Office Assistant/Insurance Coordinator 


Lulu graduated with honors from Concorde Carer College the fall of 2016, she started at Crossroads Dentistry shortly after her externship. She has been intrested in dentistry since childhood and is very excited to  have started her career in dentistry. 


She grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and moved to KCMO in 2013 when she got married. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and visiting with family in her home town.


DELMY,  Dental Assistant


Delmy is a graduate from Concorde Career College in the Spring of 2016. She finished her ex-ternship at Crossroads Dentistry and was hired shortly after. She has been interested in dentistry since a young age, and hopes to continue her knowledge in the dental field. 


She is fluent in Spanish and on her free time enjoys going to new places and different ethnic foods. Delmy has two little boys; family and teeth are very important in her life. 

STEPHANIE,  Registered Dental Hygienist


Stephanie graduated in 2009 from Des Moines Community College and was the Vice President of her Dental Hygiene Class. She is a licensed hygienist in Colorado and Missouri. She moved to Kansas City in 2011. We are very lucky to have her part-time at CRUD on Thursday, but she works full-time with a Periodontist in South KC.


She enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her dogie. She grew up doing martials arts and is from a family of 7 in Des Moines, Iowa. 



ISABELLE, Front Office Assistant


Isabelle is currently finishing her senior year in high school but enjoys helping out at the office when she has time off. She enjoys learning about what she can do in the science field and loves learning in general. This is her first job in dentistry.

Isabelle reads, does photography, travels, and dances competitively in her free time.


CARRIE, Dental Anxiety Therapist


Carrie has been treating anxiety related symptoms for over a decade. She received her doctoral degree in clinical health psychology from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2005. She then joined the Air Force as a commissioned officer where she began her path toward treating those who suffer from anxiety related symptoms.


She is available to assist patients who find dental visits to be overwhelming and anxiety provoking. She does so by utilizing a variety of different techniques scientifically proven to successfully treat dental fears. Carrie also owns her own private practice as well as a retail store in the Crossroads neighborhood. She lives in midtown with her large family and enjoys anything that has to do with traveling and spending time outdoors.
